Richard Fechner is the President & Global Leader of GHD Advisory, with extensive experience in strategic planning, business management & transformation, capital transactions & project engineering, spanning projects up to AUD6 billion, in market sectors covering renewable power, oil & gas, property, transport ports and airports, Defence, manufacturing, and resources across Australasia, USA, Europe and the Middle East. Richard is an active mentor, a Fellow of Engineers Australia, a Fellow of Australian Institute of Project Management and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is an active member of associations including the Australian Hydrogen Council, Infrastructure Partnerships Australia, the Warren Centre for Advanced Engineering, a former Chair of Consult Australia’s Resources Roundtable, and is an active Trustee of the Committee for Economic Development of Australia (CEDA).
