Peter Lam

Peter has helped some of Australia’s largest corporations and government departments realise benefits from adopting digital, agile & ‘new ways of working’ as an Enterprise Agile Coach, program manager and as a people leader / Head of Projects.

Whilst Peter brings a practical experience leading and scaling agile programs from 150 to over 1500 people, his recent work is supporting some of Australia's biggest organisations redefine how they do 'delivery' in an agile world.

When he isn't working with clients, Peter has been running one of the largest Project Management communities in Melbourne since 2013 with over 4700 members.

This commitment and track record was recognised by being appointed the Oceania representative for Agile20Reflect festival – celebrating the 20th birthday of the Agile Manifesto.
