Marina Palinginis

Combining creative intelligence with infrastructure intelligence, Jessie and Marina are management consultants within HKA's Advisory team. At the core of their work are processes and people, where they seek to implement agile strategies and solutions within complex project environments.

Jessie is positioned in the Integrated Project Services stream with specialisation in risk management, change control and portfolio alignment and performance with a focus on process improvement. Marina operates in the Strategic & Commercial Advisory stream offering experience in project and transaction management, change management, organisational design and Modern Methods of Construction (MMC). They both work across projects in transport infrastructure, social infrastructure and water infrastructure.

Both Jessie and Marina have both completed double degrees and lead HKA's Innovation Hub. The pair have co-created this presentation in their passion for collaboration and co-designing solutions.
