Louise Gardner is the founder and Managing Director of Pledge Consulting, a specialist PMO and Project Controls consulting organisation that works with public and private sector businesses to improve project delivery capability and project outcomes. Louis’s experience spans over 25 years and includes managing large/complex projects and PMOs across construction, engineering, technology, and business transformation in Australia and in the UK.
Louise is currently working on a thesis at the University of Sydney, looking at the different types of governance typically used on projects, with a particular focus on agile forms of governance and the identification of minimum viable governance in different project contexts.
