Keily is the Principal Advisor for Unitywater’s Enterprise Portfolio Management Office, where she effectively manages the Enterprise's Business Transformation portfolio, overseas the organisations delivery framework, training, and toolsets. Providing strategic advice and guidance to Unitywater’s leadership team and high-complexity programs and projects. With a strong leadership background and experience managing transformation programs, she infuses her role with a multidisciplinary perspective cultivated through years of directing technology programs and leading operational teams throughout Queensland. Her passion for leadership and transformation coupled with her technical acumen, uniquely positions her to offer invaluable guidance during strategic planning and project delivery phases across Unitywater’s multiple portfolio’s.
