Geoff Rankins CPPD FAIPM has been a project/programme manager for over 40 years. He has adopted many innovative approaches over the decades. His depth of understanding of a broad range of methods has allowed him to analyse their gaps, overlaps and mismatches, and integrate these methods for optimal results. Geoff has pioneered the introduction of many methods into Australia including MSP, Praxis Framework, M_o_R 4 and Better Business Cases. He has assisted large organisations to develop project and programme management methods, and conducted organisational maturity assessments supporting capability uplift. He has facilitated the professional development of several thousand people across a wide range of project, programme, risk and change approaches through his own training organisation. He has contributed to the development of the profession through conference presentations, journal articles, methods updates (PRINCE2, MSP, OPM3) and standards development. Geoff divides his time between training, consulting, coaching and supporting other training organisations.
