Angela Lecomber

Dr Angela Lecomber CPPD FAIPM is a project management consultant and professional development specialist. Angela joined the AIPM without any formal project management training but at the time (2001) was successfully leading the overhaul of a cutting edge program implementation in the Asia Pacific. However, as soon as she could, she completed the Advanced Diploma of Project Management and PRINCE2.
This sufficed over the next 10 years. Then she moved into developing and delivering project management courses for Federal, State and Local Government and private organisations.
Throughout this time, the question that always puzzled her was: “Does this training make a difference for the organisation and for the person themselves?”
That question was answered by her completion of her doctoral studies on this topic at RMIT University in 2017.
Since then, she has published a range of academic articles based on her studies and book chapters on project management.
