Cancellation by you:

• If You cannot attend because it is unlawful (eg, covid-19): If you are unable, or will, with certainty, be unable, to attend this Event for the reason that it is unlawful for you to travel to the venue or would be legally required to submit to quarantine or “lock-down”, you may notify us by email and provide particulars of the reason you cannot attend.  You may notify us at any time before the commencement of the Event.  If we reasonably accept the reasons given, and
  • (i) there is an on-line/virtual option to attend, you must pay the registration fee for on-line/virtual attendance. If you have already paid the registration fee in full, we will refund the difference; or
  • (ii) there is no option to attend by on-line/virtual means, we will refund all monies actually received to date.
• Your cancellation for other reasons: If You wish to cancel Your attendance at the Event for any reasons other than those noted in paragraph (a), You may notify Us by email to The Association Specialists at [email protected] .  If We receive Your email before 5pm on the cancellation deadline advertised, You must adhere to the fees outlined.  If You have already paid the registration fee in full, We will refund the balance.

The following terms will apply to any notice of cancellation of attendance at the Summit received:

• Up to 6 August 2023: full registration fees will be refunded minus an administration fee of $100.
• From 7 August 2023 to 17 September 2023: 50% of item(s) cancelled will be refunded (unless transferred)
• From 18 September 2023 to the Conference: no refunds will item(s) cancelled, substitutions only

Any cancellations from 18 September 2023 up to the Conference will be liable for the full cost.

• Cancellation, postponement and conversion of the Event to a fully virtual Event by Us

We may cancel or postpone the Event, or convert it to a fully on-line/virtual Event at any time, for any reason.  We will notify you by email if any of the foregoing occurs, and:

• Event cancellation: If the Event is cancelled, we will refund all monies paid to date;
• Event postponement: If the Event is postponed, you must notify us by email within seven (7) days of our notice of postponement, or before the commencement of the Event, whichever is earlier, either that:
  • (i) you wish to attend the Event as postponed, whereupon we will retain monies paid by you to date and apply them to your registration for the Event as postponed; or
  • (ii) you cannot, or do not wish to, attend the Event as postponed, whereupon we will refund all monies paid to date;

and if you do not notify us within7 days as provided above, you will be deemed to have accepted the postponement and paragraph (i) of this clause applies.

• Conversion to a fully on-line/virtual Event: If the Event is converted to fully on-line/virtual Event, you may not cancel your attendance, but we will refund you the difference between the full (face-to-face) fee and the fee applicable to on-line/virtual attendance.
