Projects have evolved from the simple projects of the past into complex megaprojects. This presentation will describe the issues with project complexity and what needs to be done to lead and manage complex projects.
From simple projects, through to complex megaprojects, we will look at the techniques and systems used in the past and show what skills and requirements will be needed in the future to deliver the complex megaprojects that will be delivered in the future.
We will look at the level of leadership required to deliver the projects, as well as what tools will be necessary to ensure project delivery.
